So hard to pick one moment, but I think I will have to go with one from Racing the Moon when Sonny drugs MJ and takes him to Jamaica...loved when MJ realized that Sonny actually *did* drug him and bring him to Jamaiza!

Awesome scene, and it set the tone for their entire relationship. Sonny taking care of MJ, mostly without MJ knowing it :)
At the end of The Open Road when MJ tells Sonny explosions are number two. It makes me smile every time I read it.
Man, I can't choose just one. I loved the part in The Open Road short where Sonny told MJ about driving MJ's Prius off the pier. But I really loved the part at the end of Steam and Sunshine where MJ blew up Greg. Too bad the bastard didn't stay dead. And I'm with Kerri. Nothing says I love you better than letting your guy know you like him better than blowing shit up.
